I use this in Jos, where the extreme cold of Nigeria occurs, throughout the rainy and harmattan seasons. There, we used to reside for four years. You get to experience all four seasons in a week, to give you an idea. Strange, huh?

You may find yourself snuggled into a windproof jacket first thing in the morning. However, you discover in the afternoon the weather is warm, so you remove your warm clothes. Whoa, I thought I had mentioned that the weather will change in a week. I do miss Jos, hehe.
Therefore, I use the Neutrogena body oil before applying lotion after every bath. That is indeed significant. I always wear lotion. I’m taking the body oil supplement to aid with my wintertime cold.
I don’t apply this in heat periods, like dry season though. A lotion will do just fine. Why? Because I’m lazy. I want to be efficient with my time so I could go and do my thing. lol. Still, it’s up to you if you want to apply this body oil all year round.

But luckily, the smell is not that strong on skin and mellows down after application on skin.
